He is survived by: his wife Colleen A. Levett (Costello); his son William Sean Levett (Janelle); his sister Patricia (Waldo Casarez) of Clovis, NM; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Wyatt and Brinley. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews, along with many extended family members and friends.
