He was predeceased by: his parents, William Yolton and Julia Phillips Yolton; and his granddaughter Amberlee Sgarlata-Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Sgarlata (Joel Regis) of Canastota and Felna Sweet (Joe) of Syracuse; his grandson Jason Sgarlata; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Smith, John Sgarlata and Will Sgarlata; and his siblings, Judy Moriarity (Kelly) of Waddington, John Yolton (Carol) of California, Robin Yolton of Florida and James Yolton (Pat) of Washington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
