He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd S. Cady and Mabel E. Cady (Patrick); his brother John Cady; and his pets, Toby and Bocephus.
He is survived by: his wife Onalee Pierce; his children, Don S. Cady (Bonnie) of Jasper, Douglas Cady (Hannah Eggleston) of Jasper, Valerie Williams (Hank) and Victoria Cady (Randy Troxel) of Jasper; his grandchildren, Don S. Cady Jr. (Brittany), Felicia, Jesse Cady, Denae Wheeler (John), Mitchell Williams, Riley, Ashton Hunt and Madison Cady; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Aiden LaBarron, Brayden and Aubrey Cady; his sisters, Linda Williamson (Steve) and Brenda Woodworth (Jerel); and his siblings-in-law, Lisa Cady, Marian Rhude, Dorothea Gunn, Lois Raish and Warren Pierce (Sandra).
