He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Gross and Elva Gross (Randolph); and his sister Darlene Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Donna (Stewart) of Avoca; his daughters, Kamala Schuck (Gary) of Prattsburgh, Heidi Gross of Cohocton and Valerie Penna (Mario) of Rochester; his grandchildren, Kendra Finch, Bryce, Braedyn, Mario, Audrey and PJ; his brothers, Russell (Debbie), David (Christine), Daniel and Randy (Debbie); and his brother-in-law Donald Taylor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Contributions in Jack's memory may be made to the Buena Vista Wesleyan Church, 6034 County Route 69, Canisteo, NY 14823.
