She was predeceased by: her parents, C. Sherman Schoonover and E. Eileen Schoonover (Grist); her husband Jim; her daughters, Marian Marie and Michelle Joan Coleman; and her siblings, Charles Schoonover and Cora Schoonover.
She is survived by: her children, Melody Harwood (Gary) of Bonita Springs, FL, Melony Kelly of Satellite Beach, FL, Michael Coleman of Caledonia, Mark Coleman (Cyndi) of Elizabethtown, KY and Matt Coleman (Andrea) of Cary, NC.; and her siblings, Joyce Johnston (Beverly), Leah Schoonover, Ruth Abbey (David), Elva Whitehead, Sarah Schoonover, Ola McShea (John), Fred Schoonover (Cynthia), Richard Schoonover (Mary) and James Schoonover (Nancy). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
