She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Atkins and Anna Bell Colgrove Atkins; her husband Earl Bloom; and her sister Eileen Bliss. She is survived by: her children, Deanna Bloom of Bath, NY and Michael Bloom (Deanna) of Canisteo, NY; her sisters, Marilyn Welch (James), Deloris Bliss (George) of Troupsburg and Helen K. Rice; and her grandson Anthony Gouger. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
