He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Henry Tuttle and Millie Louise VanSant. He is survived by: his wife Dale Tupper of Russell; his children, Barton Tuttle (Carrie) of Russell and Tracey Brewer of Florida; and his sister Millie Louckes of Marion, NY.
He chose to donate his body to SUNY Upstate Anatomical Board.
