He was predeceased by: his parents, George Amo and Gladys Amo (Ames); his wife Kathleen Butler; his son Roger Amo; his grandson Jesse McCarthy; and his siblings, Terry, Fred Amo, Joan McDonald (Gary) and Jean Deleel (Art).
He is survived by: his daughter Kelly McCarthy (Ed); his granddaughter Cassandra Stromgren; his great grandchildren, Alaina and Jonathon Stromgren; and his sister-in-law Sandra Amo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
