Earl W. MacArthur Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Earl Sr. MacArthur and Helen MacArthur (Voelker); and his wife Joyce Ann Mulligan. He is survived by: his sons, Steven of Morristown and Peter (Marti) of Canton; his grandchildren, Christopher, Nicholas (Carly), Samantha (Keith) and Shane; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Jon, Joseph and Paul; and his sister-in-law Theresa Heinegg (Andrew).

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Open House.

While President, Earl started the SUNY Canton Foundation which funds student scholarships, professional development and campus enhancement.
