He is survived by: his wife Carol Palmer of Patrick's Church; his children, Patrick (Lucia), Vicki (Ed) and Rebecca Allen (U. S. Marine); his grandchildren, Christina, Kyle, Jacob and Alyssa; and his siblings, Dennis (Diana) and Gladys Cross (Gary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
