She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Russell B. Lawrence (Buster) and Dorothy Lawrence (Charters); her husband Charles Lewis Gray of Catherine's Episcopal Church; her caregiver Barton Hepburn Hospital; her children, Charles L. "Chip" Gray Jr. (Nancy Almaraz) and Karen Hampson (Jeff); her grandchildren, Michelle Walker (Zach) of Troy, OH, Charles L. Gray, III of Lusby, MD, Allyssa E. Hampson of Pendell, PA, Erin N. Hampson of Mexico, NY and Abigail E. Hampson; her great grandchildren, Brayden, Peyton and Levi Walker of Troy, OH; and her brother Lawrence (Jayne Lawrence). She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 24 Rogers Rd, Ogdensburg, NY 13669. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Episcopal Church (500 Caroline St, Ogdensburg, NY 13669).
