She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd T. Smith and Betty D. Trippany Smith; and her sister-in-law Sheryl Smith. She is survived by: her husband Jon Mousaw; her children, John (Megan Mousaw), Joseph (Mandie Mousaw) and Amanda (Eli White); her grandchildren, Vanessa, Ayden, Emma, Kendall, Mia, Ella, Olivia and Elle; and her siblings, Ellen (Ted Wisner), John Smith, Jim Smith (Linda), Joan (Ray Young), Patti (Chip Streit), Debbie (Brian Todd), Sandy (Rick Johnston) and Peter Smith (Sondra).
