We bid farewell to Terry Alguire in Canton, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 9, 2026 at the age of 78. Terry touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Alguire and Catherine Alguire (Hart); his son Terry Alguire Jr.; his sister Christine; his brother-in-law Edward Meashaw; and his brother Kenneth Alguire.
He is survived by: his fiancé Sandy Martin; his children, Dawn Brondo-Alguire of Laredo and Brayton Alguire of Gouverneur; his partner's children, Faith and Chad Martin; and his siblings, Steven Alguire (Jessie) of Mexico, NY and Sheila Reddick (Steve) of Gouverneur. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, ten great grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Terry's memory may be made to Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley, or to the American Cancer Society.
