He is survived by: his brothers, Clarence Weaver (Judy) of Gouverneur, NY and Thomas Weaver (Anne) of Dryden, NY; and his siblings' children, Carisa Roberts, Eric Weaver, Kelly Lutz, Andrew Weaver and Thomas Weaver (TJ).
