She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynn Fields and Adeamease Fields (Brooks); her husband Robert; her siblings, Lloyd Fields, Barbara Tate (Fields), David Fields and Michael Fields; her in-laws, George and Olive Chapman; and her sister-in-law Patricia Taylor (Chapman).
She is survived by: her children, Roberta Simpson and Gerald Chapman (Lynette); her grandchildren, Sindi Chapman (Andrew Kuhlman), Aimee Robbins (Jeff), Tiger Chapman (Taylor) and Jenna Chapman; her great grandchildren, Chevy, Hudson, Nash and Royce; her sisters, Carol Davis (Fields) and Joyce Fitzgerald (Barry); and her siblings-in-law, Terry Chapman (Karen), Barbara Marsh (Thomas) and Thomas Taylor. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cleveland Funeral Home - Cape Vincent (188 W Broadway, Cape Vincent, NY 13618). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
