He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert Chamberlain and Vivian Chamberlain (Crimmins); his siblings, Vivian, Kathleen, Richard and Thomas; and also Marion Chamberlain.

He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Chamberlain (O'Neill); his children, Catherine Gunther (Michael), Bryan (Lori), Kevin (Allison), Stacey Marello (John) and Thomas Smith (Jessica); his grandchildren, Thomas, Sean, Bryan III, Michael, Dylan, Miles, Kaitlyn, Stephanie and Sadie Lily; his siblings, Herbert, Regina Orchanian (Leroy) and Laurie Mulford; and his sisters-in-law, Beverly Chamberlain, Fran Chamberlain and O'Neill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
