He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Santis and Josephine De Santis (DeChellis). He is survived by: his wife Mary McCormick; his children, Jack De Santis of Manhattan and Jodi De Santis-Ramos of Burbank, CA; and his stepchildren, Scott of Mahopac, NY, Matthew Reynolds of Mahopac, NY, Erin Rumore of New Fairfield, CT and Sarah Giambalvo of White Plains, NY. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
