She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Clark and Evelyn Clark (Juliano); and her brothers, Thomas and George Clark. She is survived by: her children, Janice Rivera (Ralph Capilupi) of Valhalla, NY, Evelyn Vazquez (Adam Title) of Manhattan, Ann Marie Gennardo (Joseph) of Lynbrook, NY and John (Leonora) of Chestnut Ridge, NY; her sisters, Evelyn Lovastik and Mary Alice McIntyre; and her grandchildren, Alex, Philip Vazquez, Jason, Gabriela Rivera, Michael and Daniel Gennardo.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Joseph J. Smith Funeral Home, Inc. (692 US-6, Mahopac, NY 10541). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. James the Apostle Church (14 Gleneida Ave, Carmel Hamlet, NY 10512).
