She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Leuzze and Eunice Leuzze. She is survived by: her husband Gerard; her children, Emily (David), Danielle and Thomas; and her siblings, Joseph (Peggy), Jacquie and Judi (Chris). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mission Church Benevolence Committee, which Jayne was a member of for many years.
