He was predeceased by: his parents, John Melarczik and Carmela Melarczik (Salzano). He is survived by: his sons, Jon (Domenica) and Andrew (Michelle); his grandchildren, Jon and Nico; his wife Adele; and his siblings, Ray Melarczik (Mary) and Lori Melarczik (Roger). He is also survived by his loving children and their spouses; his adored grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cargain Funeral Homes Inc. - Carmel (10 Fowler Ave, Carmel Hamlet, NY 10512).
