He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Castellano and Jenny Castellano; his brothers, Jack, Rocco, Tommy and Vincent; his wife Nancy Castigliola; his son Joseph; and his sister Carmela.
He is survived by: his children, Joanne Formisano, Maria Casti (John), Noreen Carlucci (Dominick), Vincent Castellano (Mary), Elvera Palladino (John) and Rich Castellano (Jen). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Joe's memory.
