She is survived by: her children, Patrick Cherry, Teresa Fusco (Jeff), Siobhan Cherry and Daniel Cherry; her grandchildren, Dorianne, Elizabeth, Patrick, Jr., Thomas, Devin, Daniel, Jr., Sofia and Kate; her great grandchildren, Ryan and Cole; and her siblings, Arlene Mendenhall (Robert) and Walter "Larry" Thomas (Amy).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Cargain Funeral Home - Carmel (10 Fowler Ave, Carmel Hamlet, NY 10512). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. James the Apostle Church (14 Gleneida Ave, Carmel Hamlet, NY 10512).
