Madeline Fredericks Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Madeline Fredericks (Carmel, New York), who passed away on November 7, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Madeline leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Werner and Myra Werner (Thompson). She is survived by: her sons, James (Heather) and Joseph (Kerry); her grandchildren, Sean, Kyle, Erin, Joseph and Matthew; and her siblings, George and Barbara. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
