He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Scougal and Ruth Scougal (Sherman); his son Bryan Stevenson; his grandson Terry Roehm III; and his siblings, Betty Simmons, Geraldine Perfetto, Doris Kramer, Clarence "Bob" Scougal, Ruth "Ruthie" Sly, David Scougal and Robert Scougal.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Jennie Sabo (Thomas) of Liverpool, Mark Scougal of Petersburg, VA, Brenda Gydesen of Glenfield, Cathy Dale of Chester, VA and Audrey Stevenson of Watertown; and his grandchildren, Nicole, Derek, Amber, Bryan, Jessika, Alexis, Chelsea, Victoria, David and Dylan. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
