He is survived by: his wife Lisa Mono; his daughters, Chaya Charles (Martin), Ashley Qualls (Adam), Chanel Russell (Douglas) and Amber Blake (Clayton); his grandchildren, Julian Charles, Ashlyn, Asher Qualls, Mackenzie Reynolds (Gaige Orton), Gina and Gabriella Blake; his sisters, Patricia Smith and Tina Hinckley; his mother-in-law Patricia Gibeau; his brothers-in-law, Luke Gibeau and Danny Gibeau; and his pets, Ming, Sam and Luna.
