He is survived by: his siblings, Ron Files (Great Bend), Oakley R. Clark (Watertown), Tillie Youngs (Clayton), Alice J. Busler (Watertown), Mary L. Richards (Watertown), Peggy A. Randall (Great Bend) and Betty J. Mooney of Enfield, CT; his stepdaughter Jennifer M.; his son-in-law Craig Waite of Champion; and his grandchildren, Andrew M. O'Connor and Kelsey Waite. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
