It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Joseph Avallone Jr. of Carthage, New York, who passed away on May 28, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Joseph Avallone and Josephine Lucy Avallone (Remediani); his brother Steven Avallone; his grandson Miles Avallone; and his in-laws, Joe and Rose Sinicropi.
He is survived by: his significant other Paula Avallone (Sinicropi); his children, Kristin Lane (Jason), Kara Rittler (A. J.) and Michael Avallone (Stacey); his grandchildren, Tyler Lane (Allie), Trevor Lane, Kaitlin Rittler, Cameron Rittler, Matthew Avallone, Leah Avallone and Micah Avallone; and his siblings, Anthony Avallone (Ann), Janet Callahan (James), Nancy Goodnight (Dennis) and Paul Avallone. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home (550 Hill Rd N, Pickerington, OH 43147). Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bezanilla-McGraw Funeral Home (518 State St, Carthage, NY 13619). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (327 West St, Carthage, NY 13619).
