He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Bouvier and Viola Bouvier (Bessey); his in-laws, Viola and David Myers; and his siblings, John, William, Donald, Margaret, Cleviola and Viola.

He is survived by : his wife Janice Bouvier; his brother Loui Bouvier (Sally); his niece Debra Myers; and his sister-in-law Beverly Moore. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
