He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry F. Hall and Normal E. Hall (Hickox); his brothers, Jack Hall and Richard M. "Rick" Hall; and his brother-in-law Nelson Sholette.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Hall (Sabo) of Carthage; his children, Michele Macaluso (Gene), Nicole Fowler (Troy) and Jessie Hall (Jaime); his grandchildren, Autumn Doner, Peyton, Garret Walker, Gavin, Liam Hall and Nicholas Fowler; his great grandchildren, Jude and Charlotte Faulkner; his siblings, Judy Sholette of Ogdensburg, NY, Elizabeth "Nancy" Hall of Carthage, NY and Joe Hall (Elaine) of Carthage, NY; and his sister-in-law Joanne Hall.
