He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard C. Norris and Lucille Longton Norris; his brother William; his sister-in-law Josephine; his son Daniel; and his grandson Conner.
He is survived by: his wife Janice M. Fowlow; his son Andrew; his daughter-in-law Shelly of Clayton; his daughter Jennifer (Doctor Steve Sellers) of Statesville; his brother Robert; and his sisters-in-law, Antoinette of Mexico, Beatrice Austin of Venice and Ann Hancock of Carthage. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, one step great-grandchild, and one great-grandchild.
