It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeffrey Todd Burto of Carthage, New York, who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William M. Lang and Marilyn "Peanut" Burto Lang (Pierce); his stepfather Robert Lang; and his stepsister Nancy Cheal. He is survived by : his significant other Nicholas Smith of Fort Lauderdale; his siblings, Darcy (John Delair), Timothy (Janet Burto), Thomas Burto of Port St, Kevin (Iris Burto), Terry (Karen Burto) and Kent (Johnna Burto); and his stepsiblings, Robert Lang, Carol Mont and Judy Brooks. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
