He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Foley and Beatrice Tiernan Foley; his former wife Louise Antonelli; his wife Marion Storms Condino; and his brothers, Raymond Foley and Gordon Foley.
He is survived by: his children, David J. Foley (Sara) of Richmond and Sheila Foley of Watertown, NY; and his sisters, Doris Schmeltz of Watertown, NY. and Kathryn Misercola of Watertown, NY.. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
