He is survived by : his wife Michele; his son William Norton of Black River, NY; his foster daughters, Emma Flack of Carthage, NY and Lilyanna Flack of Carthage, NY; his sister Jackie Vermilya of Michigan; his niece Michelle Galindo (Gary) of Michigan; and his nephew Curtiz Vermilya (Marion) of Michigan.
