He is survived by: his son Ryan Johnson (Diane O'Meara) of Carthage; his daughter-in-law Donna Johnson; his grandchildren, Kenneth C. Johnson, Kelsey Leigh Triviso and Kaden Michael Johnson; his great grandchildren, Paisley Olivia Triviso, Everly Grace Dermady, Graysen Axel Dermady, Hadley Parker Johnson, Storey Sophia Dermady and Bentley Edmond Johnson; his brother Carl "Eddy" Johnson Jr.; and his nephew Bobby Rucker. He is also survived by his children, a son.
