He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ventiquattro and Barbara Ventiquattro; his mother-in-law Carmen Burdick; Louie and Jim.
He is survived by: his wife Carmelita Burdick; his sons, Tony (Amanda) and Mario (Amy); his granddaughters, Alina, Giovanna and Vera; his brothers, Thomas Mike of Ellisburg, Domenick Stanley of West Leyden and Paul David of Boonville; and his brothers-in-law, Rick, Johnny, Patrick, Gary, Wade and Lenny. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and aunts.
