He was predeceased by : his wife Jana Patchin; and the mother of his children Cindy Piddock. He is survived by : his children, Amy Jo Patchin (Scott Anderson), David Patchin, Becky Coutermarsh (Wade), Joshua Mono (Raymond), Jeremiah Mono (Debbie) and Jolene Pate (Matt); his grandchildren, Michael, Jacob, Christopher, Brooke, Hailee, Loralee, Lucas, Averi, Iyla, Gavin, Ava, Carter, Zachary and Evan; his siblings, Neil Patchin (Sue), Donna Patchin, Gail Zeh (Ron) and Claudia Barlow (David); and also Ryker Jakob. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
