It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Francis Miner in Carthage, New York, who passed away on May 3, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Leon Francis may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Miner and Flora LaBrie Miner; his wife Susan Marie Day; and his siblings, Louis N. Miner and Mary Livernois.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Donna Sovie; his sibling's children, Michelle White (Zach) of Chasm Falls and Craig Livernois (Lynn) of Malone; his great-nephews, Lucien White, Chandler Livernois and Ryan Livernois; and his great-niece Kayla Livernois. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
