He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Jackson and Marie Jackson (Thesier); his wife Nancy A. Lyndaker; his brothers, Gary Jackson, William (Audrey Lyndaker), Arnie (Carolyn Lyndaker) and Paul (Elaine Thayer); and his brothers-in-law, Elwood Virkler and Ronnie Bush.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Jackson (Julie) and Cheryl Schroy (Allen Bango) of Harrisville; his grandchildren, Genevieve "Genna" Grimm (Robert), Zachary Jackson, Dylan Schroy (Paige) and Joshua Jackson; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Jackson, Genie, Louise Lyndaker, Marietta Virkler and Beverly Bush.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Scanlon Funeral Home (9791 Main St, Croghan, NY 13327). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Stephens Church (9748 Main St, Croghan, NY 13327).
Donations in Leonard's name may be made to either St. Stephens' Church in Croghan, or to the American Legion in Croghan.
