She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Newton and Bertha Newton (Bishop); her husband Dewight Sanders; and her siblings, Harold Newton (Sonny), Donna Coyer and Mary Hoffman.
She is survived by: her children, Corina Sanders, Rebecca Adler (Ray), Kimberly Bisson (Paul), Dewight Sanders and Rennia Taylor (Justin); and her sisters, Joan Newton and Sharlean Curtis. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
