She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark L. Simmons and Shirley J. Simmons Sr. (McPherson); and her siblings, Diane Simmons and Joseph Simmons. She is survived by: her close friend Kirk S. Davis; her siblings, Clark L. Simmons Jr. (Ellen) of Norfolk, NY, Scott Simmons of Ogdensburg, NY, Shirley T. Atteyeh of New Jersey, Cheryl Simmons of Texas and Peggy Simmons of Texas; Christina Davis.
