She was predeceased by: her parents, Claire "Red" Barnhardt and Ruth Barnhardt (Camidge); her former husband Italio David Ventiquattro; and her son David K. Ventiquattro. She is survived by: her husband William C. Thomas of Carthage; her daughters, Patricia Mandigo (Michael) and Antonia Ventiquattro-Bailey (Jeffrey Turck); and her siblings, Deborah Bousman, Carla Williams, Tina Gokey, Betty Jo Marhefka and Claire K. Barnhart Jr.. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
