With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mona R. Thomas of Carthage, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claire "Red" Barnhardt and Ruth Barnhardt (Camidge); her former husband Italio David Ventiquattro; and her son David K. Ventiquattro. She is survived by: her husband William C. Thomas of Carthage; her daughters, Patricia Mandigo (Michael) and Antonia Ventiquattro-Bailey (Jeffrey Turck); and her siblings, Deborah Bousman, Carla Williams, Tina Gokey, Betty Jo Marhefka and Claire K. Barnhart Jr.. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bezanilla-McGraw Funeral Home (518 State St, Carthage, NY 13619). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (327 West St, Carthage, NY 13619). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Brookside Cemetery (19000 County Rd 165, Watertown, NY 13601).
