He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ringler, Sr. and Debbie Ringler. He is survived by: his sister Catherine Persha (Jeffrey) of Carthage; and his uncles, Robert Shuman (Jackie) of Port Richey, FL, Paul Shuman of Bloomsburg, PA, Doug Shuman (Cindy) of Mifflinville, PA and Harry (Gretta). He is also survived by two nephews and one niece.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Volunteer Transportation Center, an organization meaningful to Richard, at 24685 Route 37, Watertown, New York 13601.
