He was predeceased by: his father Richard Lamb; his stepfather Charlie Appleby; and his mother-in-law Barbara Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Tuttle-Lamb of Carthage, NY; his children, Tanner Lamb of Georgia, Trevor Lamb of Ohio, Gabriel Lamb of Iowa, Molly Lamb and Nathanael Lamb; his stepchildren, Skyler Tuttle (Tiffany) of Lowville and Dana Gaines (Jared) of Copenhagen; his stepgrandchildren, Payten, David, Charlotte Tuttle, Annabella, Aria, Addison and Jaxon Gaines; his mother Judy Appleby (Johnson) of Kansas; his stepmother Betty Lamb of Iowa; and his father-in-law William Bailey. He is also survived by several siblings, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
