He was predeceased by: his wife Linda M. Zehr of Stephen's Catholic Church; his siblings, Milton Gerow, Joyce Gerow and Dolores Ashline; his sister-in-law Charlotte "Tiny" Gerow; and his parents, Leo J. Gerow and Madeline M. Schack Gerow.
He is survived by: his son Kristopher; his daughter-in-law Rebecca Gerow of Castorland; and his stepchildren, Daryl, Brigit Lehman of Lowville, Lisa Steiner (Allan Coffey) of Castorland and Dale Lehman of Lowville. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
