She is survived by: her significant other Rick Williams; her children, Michael James (Danielle), Giovanni Evans and Nicole DeVincenzi (Ed); her grandchildren, Andrew (Mckenzee), Giovanni Jr., Juan, Brittany, Mya, Carter, Jamison and Quinn; her great grandchildren, Josee and Westlee; her brothers, Gary Evans (Theresa) and Jon Evans (Laura); her nieces, Mary Rose and Andrea; her friend Debbie Brown; and her caregiver Carrie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
