He is survived by: his wife Margie J. VonGunden Frank; his son Terry Jr. of Arcade; his grandsons, Collyn Frank of Warsaw and Landen Willis of California; his siblings, David Burdick of Mt. Morris, Tom Casselbery of Pavilion, Connie Largey (Ed Almeter) of Rock Glen, Sally Casselbery (Butch Illerbrun) of Hermitage and Betty Carpenter of Jacksonville, FL; and his stepchildren, Sheila Weaver of Sevierville, TN, Denise Rader (Greg Sheeler) of Alexander and Jerry White (Cassie) of Hedgesville, W. VA. He is also survived by numerous step grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
