He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bush; his daughter Dianna; his son-in-law Jeff Doebler; his sons, Jason Bush and Brian; his daughter-in-law Karen Bush; his granddaughters, Taylor Austin (Bayden), Megan Doebler (Cody) and Katherine Bush; his great grandchild Dallas Austin; his brothers, John Bush and Alan Bush (Kathy); his nieces, Amy, Kellie and Katie; and his nephew Dan. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and very close friends.
