He was predeceased by: his grandmother Shirley Lewis. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Lewis (Jill) and Judith Fredericks (Carl); his grandparents, Robert and Janice Hannaford; his brothers, Patrick Lewis and Joseph Fredericks; and his aunts, Elaine O'Toole and Sue DeMarse (Stuart).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Castleton Funeral Home (59 Seaman Ave, Castleton-On-Hudson, NY 12033). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
