Gerald L. Hunter Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald L. Hunter of Cato, New York, who passed away on October 23, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Hunter and Beverly Boughton Hunter; and his siblings, James Hunter and Doris Fatcheric. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Doty Hunter; his daughters, Michelle Hunter of Auburn, Teresa Bateman (Bill) of Phoenix and Kelly Fountain (Shawn) of Cato; his siblings-in-law, Joe Fatcheric of Auburn and Cheryl Hunter; and his grandchildren, Liam, Anna, Luke, Wyatt and Brody. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
