He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Earl Foltz and Ida Mae Chapman Foltz; and his siblings, Earl Eugene Foltz, Wayne Foltz, Harold Foltz, Judy and Gladys.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy C. Brown Foltz; his brother Charles Foltz (Mary) of Elbridge; and his children, Dorothy Hale (Dave) of Tennessee, Charles Foltz (Evette) of Tennessee, Richard Foltz of Meridian, Roger Foltz (Tracy) of Cato, Carolyn Bresee of Auburn, Robert Foltz Jr. (Sharon) of South Dakota, Raymond Niver (Evelyn) of Canisteo and Anna Mae Coons of Canandaigua. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Keysor-Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home (11362 South St, Cato, NY 13033). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at the Meridian Cemetery.
